  Introduction:

  Drum scraper dryer is an internal heating conduction type of rotating continuous drying equipment.

  Pulp-like raw material adheres to the roller dryer surface through the feeding hopper below, the heat

  is transmitted through the pipeline to the dryer inner wall and then transmitted to the dryer and then

  transferred to the raw material, then the moisture of material is evaporated and drying result is

  achieved.

  Dried material is scraped off by the blades equipped with the dryer to the screw conveyor, and then

  collected and packaged.

  Features:

  High thermal efficiency. Because of the heat transfer mechanism of the drum dryer, the heat transfer

  direction is consistent throughout the operation cycle. Except for the heat dissipation and the heat

  radiation loss, all the heat is used to evaporate the moisture content in the drum. The thermal

  efficiency can reach 80%-90%.

  Operation flexibility, wide applicability. Various drying factors of the drum dryer can be adjusted.

  Such as the concentration of feed, the thickness of the coating film, the heating medium temperature,

  drum rotation speed, etc., can change the drying efficiency of the drum dryer. This gives the drum drying operation a great convenience, so that it can adapt to a

  variety of dry materials and different production requirements.

  Drying time is short. Drying period of the material is generally only 10-15 seconds, suitable for

  heat-sensitive materials. If the drum dryer is set in a vacuum condition, it can be operated under reduced

  pressure.

  High drying rate. As the film applied to the drum wall is very thin, generally 0.3-1.5mm, and heat

  transfer, mass transfer in the same direction, the membrane surface can maintain 10-1000kg.H2O/M².h

  evaporation.
